Account Executive

We are growing!! ASCENDING Inc, has achieved growth and almost doubled in size over the last year. This is part of a custom screening process that almost none of our competition are able to provide, as well as industry leading benefits for our consultants. While IT Staffing isn't new, our solution and services are and that's helped us grow and acquire new business!
The right candidate for this role is all about mindset and attitude. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally driven and has an entrepreneurial mindset. This role will require a lot of on the job learning, so the right candidate must have a strong track record of being self motivated, taking complete ownership of tasks given and display exceptional work ethic.

Must Have's:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, math or a business related degree
• 3-8 years of experience working in business to business sales or any performance related role
• Strong polish and professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong track record and examples of being a self starter
• Having a passion for solving problems and learning
