Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Job Description
- Manage a family law litigation caseload from start to finish
- Handle temporary orders, discovery, settlement negotiations, and client strategy
- Represent clients in hearings and trial work as needed
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and opposing counsel
- Maintain high ethical standards and sound judgment in sensitive matters
- Use legal technology to stay organized and efficient
- 3+ years of WA family law experience
- Comfortable with hearings, motion practice, and trial prep
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Professional, client-centered communication style
- Comfortable working in a tech-forward environment
- Full support model: staff, intake, and billing support already in place
