We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to revolutionize our Fortune Global 500 clients' projects in E-Commerce, Healthcare and Life Sciences with emerging trends in Data, Cloud and GenAI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead projects from kick-off through go-live and post-production, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and clearly defined success criteria
• Manage the delivery process, including requirements, risks and the budget
• Oversee product quality, setting benchmarks and engaging the team to meet them
• Facilitate UAT / production deployments and manage releases
• Prepare the WBS and resource plans
• Act as the primary contact point for stakeholders, communicating project status, risks and progress
• Interface with clients daily, holding demos, training engineers and managing expectations
• Foster a collaborative, positive work environment, mentoring and coaching team members
• Establish governance models, manage virtual teams and resolve people management issues
• Implement organizational best practices on the projects
• Create project management and communication plans, escalation procedures, change & risk management, as well as Agile ceremonies

• 7+ years of experience in team/project leadership
• Expertise in delivering enterprise solutions, with at least five successful commercial projects
• Knowledge of the full product development cycle, from pre-sales to post-production support
• Confidence to lead a team of 50+ members, including people management
• Background in setting up Dev, QA and BA processes on projects
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe and Kanban
• Use of GenAI for team productivity evaluation and decision-making
• Production experience in Digital, Data or Cloud projects
• Emotional intelligence with excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Cultural awareness and openness to diversity
• Fluent English language

• Prior hands-on engineering experience
• Understanding of E-Commerce, Healthcare and Life Sciences domains
• Familiarity with environment landscapes, sizing calculation and delivering techniques
