Job Title: Wealth Management Operations Specialist

Duration: 4 Months contract

Location: Remote or Hybrid; depending on client requirements

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support financial advisors and operational teams for a 4-month contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in wealth management or financial operations, excellent client service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Work Hours: Aligned with U.S. Market Hours (Flexibility for urgent requests required). 10% - 20% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational and administrative support to financial advisors and their teams.

Manage advisor workflows, service requests, and ensure timely resolution.

Handle account maintenance activities including documentation, updates, and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including offshore resources, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce, ClientWorks, etc.) and ensure proper documentation.

Identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and recommend long-term, scalable solutions.

Support new initiatives within the team with a proactive and builder mindset.

Ensure adherence to financial regulatory standards and firm compliance policies.

Experience:

5-7 years in wealth management, financial operations, or advisor support roles.

Prior experience at a large U.S. broker-dealer or investment advisory firm is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of advisor workflows and client service delivery.

Excellent communication (verbal & written), documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ClientWorks, or similar tools.

Strong attention to detail, compliance awareness, and process-driven mindset.

Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed teams.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

SIE and/or Series 7 license is a plus (not mandatory).
