Role: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long term Contract

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Consultant to design, implement, and maintain identity governance solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow/IdentityIQ cloud platform), strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, and expertise in integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint ISC solutions for identity governance and administration.
• Implement identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, approvals, and certifications.
• Customize SailPoint workflows, rules, connectors, and policies to meet business requirements.
• Integrate SailPoint with cloud and on-prem applications (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, SaaS apps).
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint configurations, connectors, and integrations.
• Perform unit testing, UAT support, and production deployment of SailPoint solutions.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Stay updated on IAM trends, SailPoint product updates, and security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on expertise with SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) development and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Beanshell, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with RBAC, ABAC, and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
