Legal / Professional Service, Full-Time | Hybrid, 125,000 - $175,000

A top-tier law firm in Beverly Hills, CA is looking to hire an experienced and passionate. This hybrid position is ideal for a legal professional with a strong background in labor and employment law, who is looking to work with a dynamic team in a collaborative environment.

* Represent clients in a variety of employment-related legal matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour claims, and harassment cases

* Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs

* Engage in discovery, negotiations, and courtroom appearances

* Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and outside counsel to build strong cases

* Stay updated on changes in employment law and advise clients accordingly

REQUIREMENTS:

* J.D. from an accredited law school

* Active and in good standing with the California State Bar

* Minimum 3-5 years of employment law experience (plainti6-side experience preferred

* Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication
