Selectek is seeking an experienced Scheduler / Project Controls Specialist for a direct hire (or contract-to-hire) position based in Kennesaw, GA. This role will oversee engineering and construction scheduling for large-scale heavy industrial projects, including power, natural gas, and process facilities.

Key Details:

• Location: Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote)
  
• Pay Range: $85,000-$125,000 annually
  
• Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 7-5 or 8-6
  
• Term: Direct hire preferred, open to 6-month contract-to-direct

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management
  
• 5+ years of Project Controls / Scheduling experience
  
• Proficient in Primavera P6
  
• Strong communication, organization, and deadline management skills
  
• Experience with 4D scheduling, Ineight Estimating, SQL, Power BI, or Acumen Fuse is a plus
