We are looking for a Showing Assistant to work closely with our Buyer Agents in Dallas and nearby areas. A valid Texas Real Estate License is mandatory. This commission-based position is open exclusively to licensed agents.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the leading sales agent to assist clients in finding their ideal homes.
• Conduct home showings for buyers throughout the DFW region and nearby areas.
• Facilitate access for inspections and various meetings as required.
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients adjust their home search criteria.
• Draft and negotiate offers representing the sales agent and clients.
• Engage in team events and activities.
• Dedicate time to weekly training sessions and Partner Calls.
• Monitor and record tasks and activities using our PLACE Technology platform.

Qualifications

• Enjoys interacting with people and excels at building and sustaining professional relationships
• Possesses a positive and cheerful demeanor
• Comfortable with spending significant time driving
• Skilled at assessing clients' needs and preferences to find suitable homes
• Eager to learn and grow
• Driven and has a track record of success
• High school diploma required
• Must hold a real estate license
• Proficient in contract writing and attentive to details
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• Must possess a keycard
• Punctuality is essential
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
