Role: Salesforce Business Solutions Analyst

Location: Sacramento, CA - Hybrid (Mostly REMOTE)

Duration: Long-term Contract

A minimum of five (5) years of experience (7 years preferred) applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) yearsof that experience (5 years preferred) must have been in business systems analysis and design, and at an intermediate-level skill in:

• Triage and troubleshooting applications
• eliciting and documenting business requirements
• project management

Detailed Explanation of Experience:

A minimum of three (3) years' experience (5 years preferred) using analytical support documentation and automated tools, including:

• Business Process documentation (e.g., Use Cases, work-flow diagrams, reference guides, user manuals),
• Service Management support applications, and
• Business Intelligence analysis applications (writing SQL queries).

Detailed Explanation of Experience:

A minimum of two (2) years' experience (within the last five (5) years) as a business analyst. May include experience in one or more of the following business analysis activities:

• state project approval lifecycle (PAL) documentation development,
• application requirements analysis,
• business process analysis or re-engineering
  • (e.g., supporting conversion and transition to a new application),
• application testing, or user training.

PREFERRED two (2) years' experience (within the last five (5) years) as a business analyst on the implementation and support of Salesforce solutions.

Detailed Explanation of Experience:

Baccalaureate-level degree (Master's degree or doctorate preferred) in relevant technical specialty, such as computer science, management information systems, computer engineering, software engineering from an accredited university.
