JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Business and Technical Project Management:
Business and technical management for the SAP S4 HANA, Blue Yonder, Step Logic, and S4 ATTP project.
Provide status updates summarizing progress, risks, and upcoming activities.
Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies

2. Project Management and Coordination of Key Deliverables:
Project management and coordination of key deliverables for updating S4 ATTP and supporting 3PL relocation of systems and validation.
Maintain a detailed project plan outlining tasks, owners, due dates, and dependencies.
Facilitate project or workstream meetings and issue meeting minutes
Ensure all required deliverables for S4 ATTP updates and 3PL system transitions are completed within agreed timelines.

3. System Development, Testing, and Hyper-Care Support:
Support for system development, testing, implementation, hyper-care, planning-related master data troubleshooting/updates, S4 regression testing for upcoming releases, and Incident Tickets/Service Orders for issues/enhancements.
Execute and document test cases for system testing, UAT, and regression cycles.
Respond to Incident Tickets/Service Orders and track each through resolution.
Log, track, and validate all master data updates as part of release cycles.
Provide hyper-care support including issue triage, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and monitoring until stabilization.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Integration Support:
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
Engage with Supply Chain, Distribution, External Supply Operations, Partner Labeling, IT, and other relevant teams
Document integration points and obtain stakeholder review and approval.
Provide action items and follow-ups from cross-functional meetings
