We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Documentation & Communication
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
  • Communicate requirements clearly to development and QA teams.
• Solution Design & Support
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Testing & Validation
  • Assist in creating test plans and validating solutions against requirements.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and status updates.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (senior roles may require 8+ years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Visio; familiarity with SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
