Customer Service Representatives (Remote, VA Residents Only)
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work as a community resource partner beginning in February. This is a temp to hire, remote position requiring candidates to be located in Virginia and have access to a personal computer and a stable Wi-Fi connection (no hotspots). bilingual preferred but not required. This call center operates 24/7 and can have varying shifts of 8 hours following training. (Training 8am-4pm Monday-Friday) Candidates must be flexible with shift changes.
salary: $15.5 - $16 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:45 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly, providing excellent customer service and assistance.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information, or conduct outreach as needed.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
- Meet call volume and quality targets while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
