Selectek is searching for Telecom Site Acquisition Specialist for GA and Central to Northern Florida to manage, coordinate and complete real estate activities for acquiring new wireless telecommunication sites and to modify existing sites.
• 7 plus years of experience real estate site acquisition in wireless industry
• Create and Assembly SCIPs - Site Candidate Information Packages
• Negotiate and facilitate the completion of all necessary tasks and document to ensure executed lease, lease amendments and ROW and Easement agreements
• Prepare Land Use Entitlements - prepare and process community development and public works applications and supporting documents for acquiring Land Use Entitlements
• Review environmental, leasing, zoning, permitting and construction drawing for new sites, colocation and lease amendments
• Project manager experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Microsoft Products (word, excel)
• Ability to Travel in GA and Central and North Florida
• Experience reading and understanding Architectural and Engineering drawing and Structural analysis

Must live in GA OR FL and be available to travel 50% of the time between these locations.
