Job Description

• Serve as the dedicated HRBP for the Energy & Commodities business
• Partner with senior MDs and business leadership
• Implement strategic HR plans and initiatives across client groups
• Advise on organizational design, restructures, and change management
• Coach leaders on people challenges and interventions
• Support culture and conduct initiatives
• Lead and support initiatives across the full HR lifecycle: employee relations, performance management, talent mapping, succession planning, and organizational design
• Travel quarterly
• Commute to the office 3 days a week in Metuchen, NJ

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner (HRBP) should have:

• 10+ years of HR experience, ideally in financial services, energy, commodities, or trading
• An interest in joining a collaborative global HR team and working on interesting growth projects
• Strong HR generalist foundation with strategic business partnering experience
• Experience supporting front-office or trading populations
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and operating in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and energized personality, ready to join a team and company with amazing culture
