We're partnering with a respected law firm seeking a Bankruptcy Associate Attorney to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to work on complex Chapter 11 cases, restructurings, and distressed transactions alongside highly regarded partners in the field.

What You'll Do:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 filings and related litigation
• Draft and negotiate restructuring documents, motions, and pleadings
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategy
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing matters

What We're Looking For:

• J.D. and active bar admission (in good standing)
• 2-6 years of bankruptcy or restructuring experience (law firm or clerkship experience preferred)
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and comfort working in a fast-paced practice
