Scope of Project

Services to be provided:

During the Statement of Work Term, Consultant will provide product management support by providing formulation anddefinition of systems and objectives through discovery and analysis of functional/business needs for applicable provisioning and sales order entry and related support systems. More specifically, Consultant shall provide all Services necessary to complete the Project as directed by the Project Manager or her delegate which shall include but is not limited to:

• Construct and deliver feature requirements supporting the Business Mobile ("CBM") Plan of Record
• Support implementation planning and other operational preparation throughout CBM product lifecycle
• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex systems problems, as applicable
• Define, capture, document and maintain CBM product requirements and delivery management from discovery to launch
• Write effective business requirements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (user experience, sales, marketing, engineering, and business readiness testing) to facilitate progress according to CBM product roadmap objectives and desired milestones
• Ensure CBM feature requirements and delivery meet customer expectations with Confirmation from Project Manager or her delegate on the usefulness of solutions
• Communicate effectively with team members and executives in support of and to help facilitate progress according to CBM product roadmap and Plan of Record
• Raise red flags,identify roadblocks, troubleshoot and advocate for solutions as appropriate
• Create CBM product vision documentation through discovery/research as it relates to the CBM product roadmap
• Direct and consult with design and development teams on work that supports the foundational product feature requirements according to the CBM product roadmap
• Collaboratively interact with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and scope effort for roadmap
• Perform analysis of internal cross-functional team or customer needs, document associated requirements and translate those requirements into proper system requirement specifications
• Identify and assess probable interactions of related systems and predict impact of changes
• Support the testing team and business users in validating that systems meet requirements
• Participate in unit, integration, and test procedures
• Compare test results vs requirements to validate that coding is accurate
• Develop CBM product vision documents, as applicable and directed by the Project Manager or her delegate
• Develop CBM product business requirements documents, as applicable and directed by the Project Manager or her delegate
• Develop executive summaries and executive updates, as applicable and directed by the Project Manager or her delegate
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, user groups as applicable and necessary
