Job Description:
Join our team in Los Angeles, CA, as a contract IT Data Center Support professional.
You will be responsible for maintaining data center operations, ensuring system performance, and collaborating with various teams.
This role requires expertise in server environments, virtualization, and networking.

Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support for servers, network equipment, and storage systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including servers, switches, and routers.
Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and incidents promptly.
Support data backups, patch management, and disaster recovery activities.
Collaborate with vendors for equipment maintenance and issue resolution.

Qualifications
Experience with server environments, including both Windows and Linux.
Familiarity with virtualization platforms.
Knowledge of network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and routing.
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and cabling.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
