What You'll Do:

• Design and develop robust, high-performance back-end systems using Java and Spring Boot
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of microservices to ensure scalable and distributed systems
• Build and optimise APIs and services that support complex trading workflows
• Collaborate closely with front-end, DevOps, and product teams to deliver reliable software
• Drive engineering best practices across development, testing, and deployment cycles

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience developing scalable RESTful services in Java (Spring Boot framework essential)
• Strong experience in trading systems or similar high-performance application environments
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Experience working in hybrid teams and fast-paced product-driven environments
