What You'll Do :

• Source and Place Top Creative Talent : This is where you shine. You know how to identify and present the best candidates to fill creative roles across multiple industries.
• Solve Problems with a Consultative Approach : You don't just push services. You listen, understand needs, and deliver real solutions that move the needle for both your candidates and clients. You'll be the trusted partner that companies turn to when they need the best creative talent, and the advocate creative professionals turn to when seeking new opportunities.
• Collaborate to Win : We're in this together. Work closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
• Grow Your Earnings : With our aggressive commission plans, your hard work is rewarded generously. The more you grow, the more you earn-simple as that.

• Experience : You've been in the staffing and consulting game for at least 3 years, and you know what it takes to succeed. You've built relationships that last, and you've seen the results of your hard work.
