Job Description

A Senior Scheduler to join our project controls team. This role is critical for developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with a strong understanding of scheduling best practices and earned value management. A Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification is highly desirable.

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project scheduling within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of earned value management (EVM) and scheduling methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • CCE certification (Certified Cost Engineer) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other project controls tools and reporting systems is desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Integrate schedules with cost and resource plans to support project execution and reporting.
  • Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, float, and risk assessments.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic schedule reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cost controllers to ensure alignment of schedule and project objectives.
  • Monitor progress and update schedules based on actual performance and changes in scope.
  • Support claims analysis and time-impact studies when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices for scheduling and reporting.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide expert scheduling advice.
  • Identify opportunities for schedule optimization and recommend corrective actions.
Pay Range: $100k - $160k DOE
