Premier Roofing Company is looking for a Central Operations Agent who's driven, organized, and ready to be the backbone of our residential restoration projects. This role is ideal for someone who brings passion, accountability, and a "whatever it takes" mindset to the table every single day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reviewing sales paperwork and system-generated orders to ensure everything is complete and accurate
• Coordinating material orders and delivery timelines with customers and internal teams
• Securing necessary permits for residential construction projects
• Scheduling inspections and construction work with precision and professionalism
• Liaising with subcontractors and third-party labor crews to ensure timely execution
• Managing inbound calls from customers post-sale and providing first-class service
• Jumping in to support other ops functions as needed-teamwork is everything here!
