Title : Infrastructure Engineer (Nutanix)

Location : Remote, US

Must have:

• Nutanix AND vmWare vRA (vRealize Automation) CALM experience Ansible OR python

Job Description:

Senior Software Engineer role for infrastructure management and automation. Biggest needs for this are vRA and Calm experience. The others are secondary asks to the rest of the description.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Needing strong experience in the Aria tech stack. Most important is vRA and Calm

- Oversee VM provisioning, automation, and orchestration using tools like Ansible and Python

- Partner with another team to handle application packaging, deployment, and provisioning services

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Nutanix and the Aria toolset, including vRops, vRA, and Calm

- Experience with infrastructure components like vRLCM, patching, testing, and ownership model updates

- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and infrastructure stability tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Prism

- Ability to work with DevOps practices like CI/CD pipelines, though heavy coding is not required

- Understanding of integrations with internal services like Infoblox for IP management

- Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration using tools like Ansible

- Familiarity with virtualization and cloud technologies like VMware and Nutanix
