Job Details

5-10 years of experience identifying opportunities and writing requirements for software automation using python, UI path RPA(Robotic Process Auutomation), Palantir, Workado, selenium or other automation frameworks
5-10 years of experience using Business process Re-engineering, Continuous Improvement and Lear Methodologies to create value with fewer resources and less waste
Knowledge of Gen AI (ChatGPT, Gemini or Co-pilot) and practical experience deploying Gen AI enabled automations
knowledge and experience with basecamp's shape up model a plus
Training / Certification in RPA / Automation in an analyst role
Proficient at developing intuitive from to process maps
Previous experience using jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Luicdchart and gsuite to document requirements and manage work
End to end mindset systemic thinker who works across boundaries
communicates equally well with leaders, front-line employees and cross functional groups
