The Role
We're looking for a Director of Partnerships to lead Moby's growth across both distribution and B2B channels. This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for sourcing, structuring, and scaling partnerships that drive subscriptions, revenue, and awareness. You'll develop and execute Moby's partnership strategy-building relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, publishers, and platforms to embed our research and platform into their ecosystems. From licensing and rev-share deals to content distribution and co-marketing initiatives, you'll own the full deal lifecycle and help define how Moby grows through external relationships. You'll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring partnerships to life, deliver measurable outcomes, and shape our long-term growth strategy.
