Job Overview
Our rapid expansion has created an opportunity to add a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to our team, replacing a team member who has been promoted.
This role is critical to our daily operations. We assist national clients with maintaining their single-family rental homes across multiple cities, and efficiently processing maintenance requests is key to our success.
As a CSR, you will manage emailed work orders from clients, schedule services directly with tenants, and dispatch technicians accordingly. You will also provide ongoing updates to clients until work is completed.
In essence, this is the role of the Customer Service Representative.
It sounds simple, but it's not easy.
