SAP Solution Lead - FICO, Treasury & BTP

Seeking an experienced SAP Solution Lead with strong expertise in SAP FICO, Treasury, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This role focuses on leading solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and supporting governance processes across SAP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end solution delivery for SAP FICO and Treasury modules.

Oversee the design and implementation of SAP BTP-based extensions and integrations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to ensure solution quality and alignment.

Participate in Design Review and Change Control Boards to support governance and compliance.

Promote best practices for SAP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and security protocols.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in SAP FICO and Treasury.

4+ years of experience with SAP BTP

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA financial components.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP Group Reporting, Central Finance, or Cash Management.

Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Datasphere, and BDC.
