Title: IT Support Analyst
Location: Pompton Lakes, NJ (on-site)
Duration: 12 months (With Possible extension)

Role Summary
The IT Support Analyst will serve as the first line of technical support for Borough users. This role involves providing remote and on-site troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and assistance with system deployments and upgrades.

Core Responsibilities

• Respond to Borough staff support requests (hardware, software, printer, and network issues).
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, peripherals, and software updates.
• Maintain ticketing logs and prepare performance reports.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to the Systems Engineer or Lead Consultant.

• 3+ years of experience in IT helpdesk or field technician roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic networking.

• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
• ITIL Foundation certification (a plus).
