Overview

Thompson Palm Springs is recruiting for a Houseperson Housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. The role is fast?paced and requires strong communication skills and the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights.

Working Conditions

This is a nonexempt (hourly) position with a budgeted rate of $19.50 per hour, with decisions on individual rates based on experience and education. The schedule is flexible, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across all hotel areas, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet Thompson Palm Springs standards.
• Assist with moving and positioning hotel linens, supplies, and equipment as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to address cleanliness needs promptly.
• Operate in a fast?paced environment, balancing speed with attention to detail.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
