This position reports to the parking manager.This is a seasonal role from February 1, 2026 and will end on March 30, 2026.This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00This position will remain open until February 20, 2026.Maintaincore values while working onpropertyMust be able to legallyoperatevehiclesInspect parking lots several times throughoutdayEnsuresafe and efficient traffic patterns for allguestsAssistmanagerwith event day operations ofparkinglotsand trafficflowAssist Managerwith traffic management program and creating Traffic Command Center in SOCmonitoringreal-time parking data.Assist Managerwith enforcement of employee parkingprogramEnsure event day checklists arefollowed & completedforentiretyofeventEnsure campus is set up and lotsareready foreventReport traffic incidents in lots to managerPerform traffic material/supply inventory along with our parkingoperationsPerform inventory managementAssist Managerby gathering information to respond to guest inquires andinvestigatecomplaints/concernsAssistingwith the continuous evaluation and adjustment pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage programPreviousexperience in event operations or parking operations is preferred, but notrequiredHigh school education or equivalent. Previous supervisory experince preferredMust have one (1)yearpreviousexperience.Core customercommunication skills. Ability to work effectively as a team player. Must have flexibility to work shifts on weekdays, weekday evenings, weekends, earlymorningsand late nights and outdoors in all weather conditions. Experience working in the customer service industry is a plus.
