We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to provide leadership and operational support across our senior living communities. This role is ideal for a candidate who has previously been in an Executive Director position, with a deep understanding of senior living operations, financial management, sales, and staff development. The Operations Specialist will travel to various properties to serve as an interim Executive Director when there are vacancies or when communities face operational challenges. Additionally, this individual will play a key role in training and developing new and current Executive Directors to ensure the highest standards of service, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
Travel: This position will support communities across the Experience Senior Living portfolio in Colorado, Florida, Virginia, Ohio, and Indiana. Expected travel for this role is 100% of the work week.
