Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and reliable Manufacturing / Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role is key in supporting daily production and warehouse operations, including material handling, machine operation, shipping/receiving, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, equipment, or tools safely and efficiently
  
  
• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production floor
  
  
• Perform order picking, packing, labeling, and staging for shipments
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
  
  
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer requirements
  
  
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and documentation
  
  
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures

• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred (training available)
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
  
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, RF scanner) is a plus
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
  
  
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
