Weve partnered with a nationally recognized litigation firm thats hiring an Insurance Coverage/Insurance Litigation Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 38 years of defense litigation experience and at least 1 year of insurance coverage work.

The role offers flexibility, professional growth, and the chance to work with a collaborative team handling complex matters across California and the U.S.

Requirements:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in California
• Experience with insurance coverage (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, etc.)
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Courtroom experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents and coverage opinions
• Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations
• Advise clients on insurance coverage issues
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices

Compensation:

• Salary range: $145,000 - $190,000
• Discretionary bonuses
• Full benefits package including 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, and generous PTO
• Hybrid or fully remote work options available
