The Role
Treaty Oak is seeking an Associate, M&A to support in the evaluation of acquisitions, divestitures and strategic corporate development initiatives. The Associate will coordinate day-to-day management of due diligence processes and assist in the execution of key workstreams across the Company's existing and prospective pipeline of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. This position reports directly to the Senior Associate, Finance and M&A.
For this high-growth opportunity with exposure to significant deal flow and access to key decision makers, a successful candidate will have 2 - 3 years of experience in an analytical or transactional role at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm or independent power producer. The candidate should demonstrate experience in M&A due diligence processes, financial modeling and developing high-quality presentation materials. Experience within the renewable energy, power or utility sectors is preferred, but not required.
