The Role

We're looking for a strategic and experienced Product Manager to join our NYC team. In this pivotal role, you'll be a significant part of the strategic force behind our entire product vision, driving growth and ensuring our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and user experience. You'll work closely with a large, cross-functional team based in the US, UK, and South America, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to deliver innovative and compliant financial products.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key leader in our organization, you'll be responsible for:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives. You'll help set the product vision, identify new opportunities, and create a customer-centric roadmap for our entire portfolio.
  • Product Leadership & Delivery: Lead the product delivery process, overseeing the full product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. You'll work closely with teams based in the US, UK, and South America, championing collaboration between engineering, design, and marketing to ensure a smooth, efficient process.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and anticipate customer needs. You will use these insights to make data-driven decisions and keep our products ahead of the curve.
  • Customer Experience: Champion the customer by delivering intuitive, user-friendly products. You will simplify complex financial concepts and use customer satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Data, and Legal. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure efficient execution and technical alignment.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor key product metrics and drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products and services comply with relevant regulatory requirements, proactively adapting to changes and collaborating with legal teams to minimize risk.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Proven experience in a product management role, preferably in a FinTech or high-growth startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a product strategy that has driven significant business growth.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers, across multiple time zones.
  • Strong understanding of agile and lean methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic and analytical thinker focused on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with user analytics tools like ContentSquare.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization platforms.
  • Experience with design software such as Figma.
  • Proficiency with product management tools like Asana.
