Insight Global is looking for a Senior Warehouse Management PM to lead multi-site implementations of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) for a leading Food & Beverage company.
This PM will partner closely with the Automation team and cross-functional leaders across IT and the business (Supply Chain, DC Operations, Finance, Quality) to deliver complex WMS + automation programs on time and on budget.
Day-to-Day / What You'll Do
• Own end-to-end MAWM programs across multiple facilities, from discovery and design through build, data conversion, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Plan & govern: stand up integrated master schedules, RAID logs, and stage-gates; drive weekly status, executive readouts, and decision logs.
• Lead cross-functional execution across IT, Business Ops, and the Automation team-including WCS/WES vendors and material-handling partners (conveyors, sorters, AS/RS, AMRs, scanners, PLCs).
• Integrations: coordinate interfaces among MAWM, ERP (e.g., SAP/Oracle), TMS, WES/WCS, labeling/printing, RF devices, and data platforms.
• Data conversion leadership: define strategy, mapping, and cleansing; plan mock loads, cutover rehearsal, and reconciliation.
• Project financials: manage budgets and weekly burn rates, drive monthly forecasts, and track SOWs, POs, and invoices with precision.
• Resource management: align skill sets to workstreams, partner with resource managers, and proactively mitigate capacity risks.
• Quality & readiness: orchestrate SIT/UAT/performance testing; lead business readiness, SOPs/training, and change management for DC u .
Go-live leadership: coordinate cutover runbooks, hypercare war rooms, KPIs (dock-to-stock, pick accuracy, throughput), and stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience with managing and implementing Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) projects
• Comfortable managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently
• Experience with data conversion concepts and tasks
• Managing highly cross-functional teams across IT and business
• Strong project financials background - keeping projects on budget, monitor and maintain weekly burn rate, manage monthly project forecast with pinpoint accuracy, track all SOWs, POs, and Invoices related to projects
• Strong resource management skills, and ability to work closely with other resource managers
Familiar with warehouse automation technologies and integrating them with WMS

Compensation: $60-80/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
