As a pre-sales Solutions Advisor, you will be an integral part of the global sales team, you will work closely with Account Executives to understand a prospect's supply chain execution processes and systems and provide stated improvement recommendations and outcomes leveraging the FourKites Intelligent Control Tower, comprised of order, shipment, inventory twins and purpose-made agentic AI workflow agents. You will be the solution advisor and provide thought leadership by using your deep industry knowledge to provide strategic insights to our customers, while demonstrating value and showing them why FourKites is the best solution partner for their supply chain execution needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
You will identify complex supply chain problems and uncover the associated business challenges and impacts across the entire supply chain ecosystem. Work with cross-functional teams to identify optimal solutions, FourKites value and ROI, and deployment plan. You'll be responsible for presenting a value based proposal based on solution showcases and demonstrations and workshops to all levels of the prospect organization.
