Job Duties

• Represent clients in matters concerning automobile accidents, personal injury claims, and insurance disputes.
• Provide legal representation for clients involved in automobile accidents, insurance claims, and personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
• Represent clients in court for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate with insurance companies, clients, and other parties involved in the case.

Required

• NJ or NY bar membership
• Recent experience in auto/motor vehicle, general liability, or insurance defense
