About the Role
You'll lead and manage electrical design projects (multifamily, commercial or residential), oversee load calcs, distribution, lighting, emergency systems, structured cabling/AV/security, and mentor project teams. This is a chance to have a big impact with a respected multidisciplinary firm (30+ years strong). Lead commercial & residential building projects.

Compensation & Benefits

• $130K - $155K base salary, with bonuses, negotiable.

What You'll Need

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering
• Must have an active P.E. license (TX or ability to obtain one in Texas)
• Must have experience in lead commercial & residential building projects.
• 5+ years building systems experience. Consulting experience is a plus!
• Strong project leadership and client communication skills
