Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of retail associates to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage stock levels and ensure proper merchandising to drive sales
- Implement effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct Interviewing and hiring of new employees as needed
- Drive initiatives to sell products and achieve store profitability goals
- Oversee Inventory management processes to maintain accurate stock levels
- Provide guidance and support to staff on procedures
- Utilize Bilingual skills if applicable to assist diverse customer base
- Perform occasional duties as a retail clerk when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Leadership roles within the retail industry
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively

- High-end Furniture Store and/or Interior Design background a BIG plus.

SOFTWARE-RELATED SKILLS:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email. Ability to use new software programs with basic training.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Work is performed primarily in a heated and ventilated store setting. The noise level is low. Brief exposure to hot, cold and inclement weather when managing the receipt of donations. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Must be able to perform simple calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and apply concepts such as ratios and percentages in practical situations.
