Main Sail LLC is seeking an experienced AutoTime Functional Specialist to support the validation, remediation, and stabilization of AutoTime integrations and configurations within an SAP shop floor manufacturing environment for a large, regulated commercial manufacturing organization. This role focuses on ensuring reliable operation of SAP-AutoTime interfaces, validating compatibility with the current AutoTime version, and supporting testing and defect resolution through go-live. The AutoTime Functional Specialist will work closely with SAP functional and technical leads to ensure accurate time capture and shop floor execution.

Responsibilities
- Validate and remediate AutoTime functional configuration supporting shop floor time capture and labor reporting (pay/labor rules as applicable, work/labor classifications, exception handling, approvals/workflows as applicable).
- Confirm alignment between business process variations and the inherited SAP-AutoTime solution intent; identify functional gaps and drive remediation recommendations.
- Partner with the SAP Functional Lead to ensure AutoTime supports manufacturing execution needs (production order operations, confirmations, labor postings impacts, and traceability expectations).
- Define/validate functional mapping requirements for SAP-AutoTime integration (labor codes, activities, work centers/cost objects as applicable) and support functional data consistency checks.
- Support SIT and client-led UAT by:
-- Helping define/validate end-to-end test scenarios that prove labor capture works through manufacturing flows
-- Assisting with defect triage from a functional root-cause standpoint (configuration vs integration vs upstream SAP process)
-- Verifying fixes through retest and evidence capture
- Identify functional risks, operational gaps, and compliance concerns; document mitigations and provide input to Go/No-Go readiness artifacts.
- Document functional configuration decisions, operating procedures, and support playbooks needed for stabilization and transition to steady-state support (in coordination with project leadership).

Required Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on AutoTime functional experience in manufacturing or shop floor environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting timekeeping/labor reporting processes and resolving configuration-related defects.
- Experience supporting integrated testing (SIT/UAT) and evidence-driven readiness in complex environments.
- Strong ability to collaborate with SAP functional stakeholders and translate shop floor requirements into AutoTime configuration and testable outcomes.

Preferred Additional Experience (Nice to Have - Not Mandatory)
- Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC manufacturing environments and how shop floor labor interfaces affect manufacturing execution controls.
- Experience supporting production cutover readiness and stabilization/hypercare activities.
