The George Washington University's Department of Forensic Sciences offers advanced study in crime scene and forensic investigation, forensic chemistry and forensic molecular biology. Position Specific Summary
The ideal candidate would need to be comfortable talking to faculty and students regarding info about their research that we might post on our social media. Additionally, keep current on Forensic Science in the news, enough info to schedule out postings for consistency. There will also be general administrative tasks as well, such as data entry and file organization, but the social media would be about 75% of the position
Standard Position Description
The student will manage and/or design marketing and communication strategies and content for departments and/or special events. Tasks may include: Planning, creating, managing and executing marketing plans and campaigns, website resources, digital content and design, and/or managing of social media accounts. While completing work with a high degree of discretion, the student will work within organization marketing standards and guidelines. Special projects or other duties may be assigned
