Project Description
The IT Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement department supports, manages and implements a portfolio of IT system capital initiatives with our Customer Operations, Energy Management and Energy Efficiency business partners. This IT team supports each initiative from conception to implementation and provides the necessary IT support required to either enhance existing systems, create or enhance interfaces and/or design, develop, test and implement new applications.
The Customer Engagement Capital Portfolio Teamis seeking a Junior QA Tester to assist the test lead in our Salesforce implementation testing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with our IT delivery and project teams to address issues impacting the design of testable solutions based on business requirements from our product owner and regulator. Key qualifications include robust defect management skills, the ability to foster relationships, and the capability to facilitate and coordinate standard project operations while driving excellence. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about ensuring software quality.
