Job Details

Performs deep cleaning and sanitation of bar stations, beverage counters, equipment, and floors. Cleans and sanitizes hoods, filters, light fixtures, exhaust vents, floor drains, and ice storage areas. Washes, scrubs, and disinfects floor mats, shelves, countertops, and walls. Sweeps and mops floors regularly to maintain safe, dry, and clean walking surfaces. Uses appropriate cleaning agents and follows safety protocols when handling chemicals. Assists in maintaining an organized and safe working environment. Supports bartenders and beverage team members by ensuring workstations are clean and stocked as needed. Verifies guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and adheres to all ABC regulations, RBS training standards, and internal policies.
