Uses the assigned chip runner bank to sell and buy chips from poker players in a timely and accurate manner. Balances chip bank at the end of each shift to ensure accountability and accuracy. Answers phones and communicates current poker room promotions to guests. Adds player names to the sign-up board and pages players for available games. Escorts players to assigned tables and seats as directed. Maintains the cleanliness and presentation of the Poker Room throughout the shift. Delivers fresh card setups to tables and removes used cards in accordance with procedures. Updates jackpot signage to reflect current jackpot totals. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance or support to other team members.
