Medical Records Coordinator

What You'll Do:
Review and validate provider records, including credentialing and attestation data
Update multiple systems with accurate information from providers and licensing boards
Communicate by phone and email with internal teams and provider groups to resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with your team to meet daily quality and productivity goals
Flag and escalate inconsistencies in provider documentation
Top 3 Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across systems
Reliable, proactive, and driven to grow in a healthcare environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in credentialing, provider data management, or healthcare administration
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication style
