Develop and execute strategic plans for the growth, efficiency, and reliability of all facilities operations across the resort and casino. Formulate and implement short- and long-term facilities and engineering goals aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and business objectives. Inspect facilities regularly to ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and internal quality standards. Oversee daily maintenance schedules and coordinate ongoing projects with work orders to ensure minimal disruption to casino and resort operations. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other critical infrastructure systems. Manage and oversee carpentry, painting, general maintenance, and groundskeeping to ensure timely, quality results.
