Exciting opportunity at an established and dynamic media company who has been in business since 1958 with offices in the heart of Palm Springs. The Sales Assistant/Coordinator position is the hub for the Sales, Marketing, Production and Accounts Receivable areas demanding attention to detail and the ability to learn and absorb new technology is essential to success. This position requires assistance to high-level media account executives in their daily activities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized and nimble, has excellent grammar, likes detail and is quick to perform their duties at hand. We seek a team player who consistently displays accuracy and focus for contract input, report retrieval and database updates within our publishing sales software program. This position also provides the opportunity to work directly with clients in day-to-day email and phone communications.
Candidates must have the ability to hit the ground running, understand the Microsoft suite of products, and be able to expedite work while having an innate desire to assist both the internal team and our important clients.
