Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team. As a member of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will be teaching customers Charlottes secrets of artistry learned in over 20 years working at the top of the industry with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlottes philosophy of artistry made easy and be part of building an amazing beauty business. You will need to be sales-driven and have experience in beauty and retail.

The Freelance Makeup Artist role is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store, always representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, the Freelance Makeup Artist drives business in store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. The role reflects the brand values and customer base, with responsibilities including achieving sales targets through creating an amazing experience and exemplary service. This role exudes passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy along with a unique and personalized shopping experience.

Main Duties:

1. Sales:
   
   1. Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
   2. Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating your product knowledge.
   3. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
   
   
2. Customer Service:
   1. Lead by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
   
   
3. Team Work:
   1. Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards your work and colleagues.
   2. Assist in maintaining an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity at all times.
   
   
4. Operations:
   1. Ensure the counter/gondola is customer ready from open to close.
   2. Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards, including cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day.
   3. Assist with maintaining inventory levels, including stock counts, rotation, and timely replenishment.
   4. Assist with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement through communication with Sales and Artistry Executive.
   5. Assist in the execution of events.
   6. Maintain communication with the Brand field team regarding counter/gondola needs or concerns.
   7. Manage schedule, clocking in/out, and submitting timesheets on payroll application (AllWork).
