Oak View Group - - Responsibilities: Assist the Box Office Manager in the daily operations of the box office, including opening and closing procedures.; Supervise and support box office staff, providing training, direction, and ongoing performance feedback.; Oversee ticket sales, exchanges, refunds, and will-call distribution using the ticketing system Ticketmaster. (TM1, Archtics, Host); Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to patrons both in-person and over the phone/email.; Troubleshoot ticketing or access issues and handle escalated customer service concerns.
