Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, screening protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location; Screen patients, visitors, vendors, and/or staff at designated entry points using approved access and screening procedures, and report unusual activity or concerns to site leadership; Verify identification, visitor authorization, and/or appointment information as directed, and help guide individuals to the appropriate department or check-in area; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with staff and/or first responders when needed; Monitor entrances, lobbies, and nearby areas for policy compliance, and conduct regular and random rounds of assigned areas as directed by site procedures
